The US DOE has set up a great site with released assessment questions/items that you can access, download and use. They are searchable by grade, skill, content area etc. They come with sample student responses for constructed items, downloadable manipulatives when mentioned in the question, and more.

They will also tell you how students who take the NAEP test performed on the items you look at.
